Siobhán Olofsson is a Chartered Coaching and Occupational Psychologist with three decades of international practice in leadership, identity, and the deeper psychological work that makes an audacious life possible. She works across business and community settings — organisational change and individual performance on one side, and adults whose lives continue to be shaped by childhood adversity on the other. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a certified mindfulness practitioner, educator, and supervisor. She is the author of My Life Inc.: Imagineering to Reality and is currently writing Rewiring the Overachiever, a practitioner guide for coaches and psychologists working with high-functioning clients.
