I graduated from THE BELFAST SCHOOL OF ART with a degree in Design & Illustration, and a grand plan to write and illustrate books for children. Then a short story for grown-ups that I wrote in a Belfast cafe one rainy afternoon in 2002 led to a publishing contract for seven quirky romantic novels. My debut novel THE TEA HOUSE ON MULBERRY STREET became an international best-seller and was award-nominated. To date my books have sold half a million copies around the world.

Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
