Séamus Ruane is a community pharmacist. He has studied Stress Management, Yoga, Clinical Hypnosis, and holds a certificate in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center, New York, one of the world’s leaders in the field of Positive Psychology training. It is his goal to use this knowledge to assist people in improving their wellbeing and vitality and to make positive and lasting changes to their lives.
