Robert Waldron
A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Robert Waldron, has taught English Literature and Language at Boston Latin School—Boston’s first public school, for 33 years. He holds two masters, in English and Education. He is the recipient of four fellowships from the National Endowment for the Humanities. He is also the author of nineteen books, including Poetry as Prayer: The Hound of Heaven. He is an internationally known and respected Thomas Merton scholar, having written six books on the life and work of Merton. He is also the recipient of three awards from the National Press Association for his writing on modern spirituality.
