Joe Philpott is a guitar player and musician-educator based in Cork city Ireland. Joe is a founding member of MIC (Music in Community). MIC focuses its work in healthcare and music education settings in partnership with Music Generation Cork City and The HSE. As a musician, Joe is a member of Rubyhorse and The White Horse Guitar Club. His career highlights include: Top 20 song Sparkle in the US Billboard Charts. Appearances on American Late night TV shows, The David Letterman Show and The Conan O’Brien Show and a duet with Beatle George Harrison on Rubyhorse song Punchdrunk.
