Jane Ryan studied with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has worked in the technology sector in both the UK and the US for nearly twenty years. Her short stories have been published online with Creativewriting.ie and in print. She was short-listed for the Hennessy Literary Award in November 2017 and her most recent short story appeared in an anthology entitled Strange Love Affairs. Her debut novel, 47 Seconds, is currently available as are her articles in the Irish Times and the Irish Daily Mail. She lives in Dublin with her husband and two sons.
