A native of County Cork, Fiona Fitzpatrick lives in Charleville and teaches in Limerick city. She is a mother, wife, poet and dreamer who believes in the possibility in every day. She is a member of the Ballyhea Protest group, campaigning against the Irish bank debt. Her poems reflect her own questioning of the world. This is her first solo poetry collection.
Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
