David Fennell is an FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant. He has 35 years in the tax practice of EY Dublin, and heads up its tax technical function. In this role he advise clients and other tax professionals on a wide range of domestic and international taxation issues.
