ANNE CRINION started her photography career in the early 1960s with a camera (a Ricohflex) purchased for her by her bother Matt; she started with wedding photography and very soon she was developing and printing from her own darkroom. Her work was much sought after by local media and press and many of her photographs are used in her book Trim in Old Photographs.
Irish Interest in based on one very simple idea: to bring the contents of any Irish bookshop to people everywhere, especially those outside Ireland who do not have the possibility of keeping abreast of new books published in Ireland.
