Dermot Keogh


Dermot Keogh (born 12 May 1945) is Professor of History and Emeritus Jean Monnet Professor of European Integration Studies at University College, Cork. Dr Dermot Keogh is Professor of History at University College Cork. He was a Fulbright Professor in San Jose, California in 1983 and a Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center, Washington DC, in 1988. He has taken a special interest in the peace process in Northern Ireland and was commissioned to write a study of the history of the Catholic Church in the twentieth century by the Forum for Peace and Reconciliation.
